He graduated from the University of Florence. He advises on business, corporate and tax matters and has extensive experience in business crisis and insolvency matters, serving as court-appointed receiver, judicial commissioner, judicial liquidator and independent expert in insolvency proceedings. He is a Statutory Auditor and serves on Boards of Statutory Auditors and supervisory bodies under Legislative Decree 231/2001 for leading Italian companies.
He is a regular speaker at conferences organised by the Foundation of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Florence.
