Stefano Mucci

He graduated with full marks in Law from the University of Milan, with a thesis in Corporate Law. Admitted to the Milan Bar after graduation, he developed strong experience in civil law, with particular focus on civil liability. Over the years, he has acted as legal adviser on numerous extraordinary transactions and corporate acquisitions, structuring contractual arrangements and corporate governance frameworks. His practice focuses on civil and corporate law, both in advisory and litigation matters.
