Massimo Berni

Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor. He is a consultant in business, tax and corporate matters and has extensive experience in tax problem resolution, litigation and extraordinary management operations.
He was Vice-President and Advisor for three terms of office of the Florence Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts (with responsibility for relations with the Financial Administration), as well as a member of the Disciplinary Board of the same Association. He was also a board member of the Florence Conciliation Body (OCF). He holds institutional positions in major public and private non-profit entities. He is and has been a member of Boards of Statutory Auditors of listed companies, as well as of leading Italian companies and local organisations.
