He graduated with honours from the University of Florence and practises as a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor.
His areas of focus include business crisis and restructuring, over-indebtedness, business and intangible asset valuation, and corporate social responsibility.
For the Foundation of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Florence, he has served on the Training and Education Activities Committee and contributed to several practice guides on compositions with creditors, over-indebtedness procedures, judicial administrations in criminal proceedings, and the valuation of businesses and professional firms.
He also contributes to Quotidiano Ipsoa on business valuation matters.
