Marco Billone

He graduated with honours from the University of Florence and works as a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor.
He has a special interest in the professional areas of corporate crisis and restructuring, over-indebtedness, corporate valuation and corporate social responsibility.
He has participated in the Training and Education Activities Committee for the Foundation of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Florence, as well as in the drafting of various Operational Guides, including: Operational guide for preparing reports Art. 161, paragraph 3, Bankruptcy Law and Art. 160, paragraph 2, Bankruptcy Law (2012); Divestment, conferral and splitting of a professional practice: valuation, tax and accounting aspects (2015); Operational Guide to the Italian Valuation Principles: practical application and liability of the professional (2018); Procedures for settling the over-indebtedness crisis and liquidation of assets (2018); Judicial Administrations in criminal matters (2021).
He collaborates with the newspaper Ipsoa on business valuation.
