He graduated with honours from the School of Economics and Management of the University of Florence, with a thesis on Extraordinary Transactions, and advises on tax, corporate and business matters.
He has developed specific expertise in extraordinary transactions, business valuation, crisis management and assistance in insolvency proceedings.
He has also gained solid experience as a technical expert in civil, criminal and administrative proceedings.
He holds appointments conferred by the judicial authorities in insolvency proceedings and serves on Boards of Statutory Auditors.
He is a Subject Expert for the course in Extraordinary Transactions at the University of Florence.
