Lorenzo Fari

Graduated cum laude in Accounting and Professional Practice, with a thesis on Extraordinary Transactions, he was recognised by the University of Florence as the top Master’s graduate of the School of Economics and Management in 2023. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2024 and advises on tax, business and corporate matters. He has also gained experience in insolvency proceedings, supporting bankruptcy trustees, judicial commissioners and independent professionals appointed to certify compositions with creditors and debt restructuring agreements. He has also assisted in the preparation of business and share valuations, tax appeals and defence briefs, and technical reports on banking and accounting matters.
