Lorenzo Bandinelli

He graduated from the University of Florence, completing part of his course at the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid.
He is mainly involved in insolvency proceedings, tax litigation and tax consultancy.
He is a member of the Scientific Committee on Insolvency Procedures and Over-indebtedness of the Florence Foundation of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts and, in this capacity, he has participated as co-editor in the drafting of Operational Guides, including the “Operational Guide for drafting reports Art. 161, paragraph 3, Bankruptcy Law and Art. 160, paragraph 2, Bankruptcy Law”, the “Operational Guide on the procedures for settling the over-indebtedness and liquidation of assets crisis”, the “Operational Guide to the Italian valuation standards” and “Sale, spin-off and splitting of professional practices: valuation, tax and accounting aspects”.
He is the coordinator of training courses on Over-indebtedness at the Florence Association Foundation and is on the list of expert teachers in the areas of activity of the ADR Chartered Accountants Foundation.
Since July 2020, he has been the contact person of the OCC Over-Indebtedness Crisis Settlement Body in OCF, which consists of Associations of Lawyers, Accountants and Notaries of Florence.
