He holds a degree in Business Administration from Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna.
With more than twenty years of experience in tax and corporate advisory, developed in multidisciplinary settings and through close collaboration with companies across a wide range of sectors and sizes, he has built strong expertise in extraordinary transactions, due diligence, strategic tax planning, tax and accounting compliance, and corporate governance.
Since September 2025, he has been a Subject Expert at the University of Pavia in the International Business and Entrepreneurship degree programme, Innovation & Technology Law module.
He has taught professional and corporate training courses in accounting, tax and administrative matters in collaboration with several training providers in Lombardy.
