He has authored more than 200 articles for Il Sole 24 Ore on tax matters, with a particular focus on international taxation, transfer pricing and tax litigation.

He has also written hundreds of articles for specialist journals such as La Settimana Fiscale (Il Sole 24 Ore) and Diritto e Pratica delle Societa (Il Sole 24 Ore), as well as for general-interest publications including Il Mondo and Panorama Economy.

He is a member of the ODCEC Milan Study Centre, with responsibility for corporate law and governance, and previously served on the Study Centre of the Italian Association of Chartered Accountants, with responsibility for corporate law (2017-2020).

He served as Chair of the Corporate Law Commission of the Milan Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts (2005-2017).

He teaches at SAF Milano, the Advanced School of Continuing Professional Education for Chartered Accountants.

He has also lectured on preparatory courses at the State Examination Training School of the University of Milano-Bicocca, as well as on refresher courses at the Ezio Vanoni School for officials of the Guardia di Finanza.

He has lectured on masters programmes in tax litigation for practitioners and tax judges.

He previously served as official editor of case summaries for the Provincial and Regional Tax Commissions of Lombardy.

He advises clients on business, tax and corporate matters, with particular emphasis on international taxation, including legal opinions and advisory work on permanent establishments, foreign companies deemed tax resident in Italy, transfer pricing and cross-border extraordinary transactions, as well as M&A and tax litigation. In recent years, he has also developed expertise in innovative sectors such as start-ups and innovative SMEs, blockchain and the taxation of crypto-assets.
