He is a member of the ODCEC Study Centre in Milan, with responsibility for Corporate Law and Governance. Former member of the Study Centre of the Italian Association of Chartered Accountants with responsibility for company law (2017 – 2020).
Former President of the Company Law Commission of the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts (2005 – 2017).
He is a lecturer at the Alta Scuola di Formazione Continua per Commercialisti (SAF Milan, Higher Education Training School).
Former lecturer in the preparatory courses for the State Exam Training School at the Bicocca State University, as well as in the refresher courses at the Ezio Vanoni School, aimed at Guardia di Finanza officials.
Former lecturer for the Master’s degree in tax litigation, aimed at professionals and tax judges.

He is the author of over 200 articles published in the Il Sole 24 Ore newspaper, dealing with tax issues, with particular regard to international taxation, transfer pricing and tax litigation.
He is also the author of hundreds of articles published in specialist journals such as “La Settimana Fiscale” (Il Sole 24 Ore), Diritto e Pratica delle Società (Il Sole 24 Ore), and non-specialist magazines (Il Mondo, Panorama Economy, and others).
He is a business, tax and corporate consultant. In particular, he specialises in international taxation (peer review and advice on: permanent establishments, foreign administrations, transfer pricing, extraordinary cross-border operations) and tax litigation. In recent years, he has assisted consultancy and peer review in innovative areas, such as innovative start-ups and SMEs, 4.0, and blockchain.
