He graduated with highest honours in Business Management and Consultancy and in Business Administration from the Faculty of Economics of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, with a thesis on the growth paths of small enterprises. His practice focuses on tax and business advisory, extraordinary transactions, litigation, international taxation and corporate advisory.
